• Google & SEO: Google Business Profile setup, local SEO, Search Console monitoring, and blog content
• Website Design: Professional, fast, SEO-ready website design and development for service businesses

Service scope, deliverables, and timelines are outlined in individual service agreements. Results may vary based on industry, market conditions, and client cooperation.

5. Payment Terms

• Payment is due as per the agreed schedule unless otherwise arranged in writing
• Late payments may result in service suspension, termination, or additional late fees
• All fees are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise specified
• Advertising spend paid to third-party platforms (e.g., Meta) is non-refundable and separate from ZenLead Media service fees

All content, marketing strategies, website designs, systems, and proprietary materials created by ZenLead Media remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to use materials delivered as part of your service agreement for your business purposes only. Unauthorised copying, distribution, or reproduction of our proprietary materials is strictly prohibited.

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for excellent results:

• We do not guarantee specific outcomes such as exact lead volumes, revenue figures, conversion rates, or search engine rankings
• Past performance and testimonials are indicative only and may vary based on individual business circumstances
• Third-party platform changes (e.g., Meta or Google policy updates) may affect campaign performance and are outside our control

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, ZenLead Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of our services, including loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill.

Our maximum aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the total fees paid by you to ZenLead Media during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services for violations of these terms, non-payment, or any conduct we deem harmful to our business operations or other clients. Upon termination, your access to our systems and services will cease, and any outstanding fees remain payable in full.
